Unless otherwise stated, all public demonstrations held on Zoom are ticketed private events and operate under the following guidelines:

• By law, all demonstrations of mediumship or psychic work—public or private—must be classed as entertainment purposes only.
• Strictly no under-18s permitted.
• After purchasing your ticket, Zoom login details will be available to download from the confirmation page.These details remain available for 72 hours, so please download them promptly after booking.
• No audio or video recording is permitted. Anyone found recording will be removed from the event and banned from attending future demonstrations.
• Refunds are not available on purchased tickets. Please refer to our refund policy.
• Any person causing disruption during the event will be removed and restricted from attending any future events.
