Booked - What Happens Next?

If you have booked for Show Tickets for the first time, you may be wondering what happens next!

You will find all the relevant information you need below, alternatively, you can read some of our frequently asked questions here!

All Bookings

Every successful order placed on the website generates an automatic order confirmation email, with invoice attached.

If you have your booking confirmation email, then we have your order, we do recommend you check the information is correct.

Please Note: payments made via Apple Pay & Paypal - your order confirmation will go to the email address associated with the payment provider used. Please also check your junk/spam folder.

Event Ticket Bookings

As long as you have checked the information is correct, you can sit back, relax and know that you have secured your tickets to watch one of the UK’s Best Mediums.

Each event gives the address & start times. Generally, Venues open doors approximately around 6pm/7pm, with a prompt 7:30pm start time.

On the night of the event, you will give your booking email address to the door staff for entry.

While at a show, we do request complete silence while Grant is performing, even the slightest of whispers can be a distraction for both Grant & those around you.

Face to Face Readings

Grant is not currently offering Private Readings.

Video Readings with Zoe

If you have booked a 1-1 Reading with Zoe, you will receive the log in details via email in the week following your booking. Please follow the instructions in the email. You can read the terms here
