As with any demonstration of mediumship/psychic event, public or private, this should be used for entertainment purposes only by law. No guarantees will be made, and in the event you receive a message, any information brought forward - should not conflict with any legal, medical or professional advice.

Public Demonstrations - At the Venue/Function

~ All audiences/evenings of mediumship or live psychic nights are run on behalf of GRH Psychic Services LTD and will run under the following guidelines.

~ Unless otherwise stated, public demonstrations are all ticketed events and as such, are a private function.

~ Strictly no under 18’s allowed at Grant’s events. If you appear to look under the age of 18. The venue have the right to ask for photo identification.

~ Tickets purchased from the venue, must be shown on entry. For online ticket purchases, we do not post tickets out. You will just need your booking email address for the door staff on the night of the event for entry.

~ The use of recording Video or audio is NOT permitted. (use of this will result in said person being asked to vacate the premises and banned from attending any future events).

~ Any person causing disruption of any kind at any of Grant’s shows will be asked to leave the function and will not be allowed entry at any other future events.

~ Please note, with an exception to box office ticketed events & disabled guests, there is no designated seating, you choose your own.

Private Readings

For the foreseeable future, Grant is not offering private 1-1 readings. If you have a gift voucher from 2022, please get in touch!
It is important to understand that any experiment of mediumship in person, via video, or at a public demonstration etc it is used only for entertainment purposes by law.

Please note whilst insights may come through about situations happening now and potentially in the future in a reading, Grant first and foremost prides himself on being an evidential Medium and not a fortune teller - If this is something you are wanting, we politely ask, that looking for another type of reading would be more beneficial.

A message from Grant

I make no guarantees of specific people connecting from the world of spirit. I always say its like a party, you send the invitations out, but you can never be sure who is going to step into the room on the day.

I always work on the basis that, if in the first 10 minutes the client is not satisfied, or they don't find the information relevant, they have the opportunity to terminate the reading and request a refund in full.

Unfortunately in my time I've had many people 'try it on' to get out of paying. I always explain this before starting a reading. I always work on the assumption that after 10 minutes, if the client doesn’t terminate the reading, that they are satisfied, and happy to proceed. After this time no refund will be given.

Grant xx

~ Strictly No Recordings Allowed at any of Grant’s Readings - online/video call and in person - If you are found to be recording, the reading will be terminated immediately, and no refund will be given.

~ Strictly no under 18’s allowed and on a 1-1 basis only. If you appear to look under the age of 18 Grant reserves the right to ask for photo identification.

~ For Video Readings, please be in a quiet room alone. If there are any disturbances during your reading that aren’t dealt with, then the call will be terminated and no monies refunded.

~ To change a Private Reading booking with more than 48hrs notice, please get in touch; It may be useful for you to look at Grant’s available appointments beforehand, giving notice of the most convenient dates.

~ If you cancel your appointment in the 48 hours prior to the appointment, no refund will be issued and no transfer of monies to another appointment will be offered.

~ If there is a ‘no show/response’ from you at the time of your reading, all monies paid will be lost.

~ In the event of your appointment being cancelled by Grant, you will be offered a full refund or an opportunity to select another day & time.

~ If Grant doesn't feel a connection to anyone in spirit a full refund will be issued.

~ If you aren't satisfied with your reading and/or the information Grant is bringing through, along as you make this clear to Grant within the first 10 minutes of your reading, a full refund will be issued.
