Refund Policy

Event Tickets

All tickets purchases are sold on a no return/refund policy. If in the event you have purchased tickets and are unable to make the event on the date booked, please see below.

~ Cancellation with more than 48hrs notice - you may gift or transfer your ticket to another event. Please email us with your order number & email address and the venue and date you wish to transfer to.

~ Cancellation with less than 48hrs notice, you may gift these to someone else to use on your behalf - please ensure either, you update us on the new ticket holder name, or that they know your email address for entry to the event.
No transfer will be offered in this instance.

Private Readings

In the event that you have booked a Face to Face or Video Reading appointment and failed to be available for this, without prior arrangement (less than 48 hours notice)you will loose all monies paid and dates will not be rescheduled without making payment.

~ To change a Private Reading booking with more than 48hrs notice, please get in touch; It may be useful for you to look at Grant’s available appointments beforehand, giving notice of the most convenient dates.

~ If you cancel your appointment in the 48 hours prior to the appointment, no refund will be issued and no transfer of monies to another appointment will be offered - someone else may use your appointment, please update us.

~ If there is a ‘no show/response’ from you at the time of your reading, all monies paid will be lost.

~ In the event of your appointment being cancelled by Grant, you will be offered a full refund or an opportunity to select another day & time.

~ If Grant does not feel a connection to anyone in spirit a full refund will be issued.
